NASP

de Luca Levine's subrogation attorneys are actively involved in the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), regularly presenting at association events and contributing to the award-winning Subrogator magazine. They attend the Annual NASP National Conference, considered by many to be the premier subrogation educational event in the U.S., and the Subrogation Litigation: Skills and Management Conference, which focuses on the needs of subrogation lawyers and claim professionals involved in managing litigation.

All of de Luca Levine's subrogation attorneys are members of NASP, with many in leadership positions.

Ken Levine is a past-president and board member. Since 1999, he has served as president, vice president, treasurer, website committee chair and New Jersey chapter chair. In 2004, he achieved "Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional" designation after meeting high academic/experience requirements. As a thought leader on subrogation matters, Ken regularly drafts articles for Subrogator magazine and presents at NASP conferences, chapter meetings and on association webinars. He has also conducted "Subro College" training sessions and is a key contributor to efforts to expand membership scope internationally. Ken has spoken on behalf of NASP to such audiences as the Colorado General Assembly, Ohio Association of Justice, Arbitration Forums Board of Directors, the International Association of Arson Investigators Board of Directors and the International Association of Security and Investigative Regulators.

Jeff Zielinski previously served as co-chair of the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter and previously served as co-chair of the New Jersey Chapter. He is a regular presenter at NASP conferences, chapter and on association webinars. Jeff has led association webinars and has published on cyber subrogation in Subrogator magazine. Jeff has served as a National Conference Track Leader for Products Liability sessions for the past four years.

Dan de Luca previously served as co-chair of the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter. He is also a regular presenter at NASP conferences, chapter meetings, and on association webinars. In addition, Dan is a past member of the Subrogator editorial committee. Often involved in the Subrogation Litigation: Skills and Management Conference, Dan served as the events first-ever keynote speaker.
