Dan’s practice involves assisting insurance carriers with their most important subrogation recovery efforts through claim investigations, evidence and scene preservation, resolution negotiation and litigation. In doing so, Dan has tried numerous cases to verdict and has argued before state and federal appellate courts. Timely and consistent claim evaluations and reporting are primary features of his dedication to first-rate customer service.

Earlier in his legal career, Dan handled multiple insurance-related matters, including coverage and fraud investigations and opinions. In addition, he handled premises- and product-liability cases involving personal injuries and property-related casualties. When first out of law school, Dan worked as a forensic investigator for a private contractor assisting the U.S. State Department’s advocacy before the U.S./Iran Claims Tribunal at The Hague.

A frequent speaker, Dan provides his clients with insight on timely issues affecting the industry as well as in-house claim-handling continuing education instruction. He is also actively involved in insurance trade associations, including the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, where he serves as co-chair of the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter Committee.
