Ben concentrates his practice on large loss property subrogation matters, especially those involving damage caused by fire or product defects. Ben earned his undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College in 2004 and his J.D. in 2011 from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Prior to joining de Luca Levine, Ben gained significant civil litigation experience in automobile property damage subrogation, civil insurance casualty defense, plaintiff’s personal injury, criminal defense, and environmental litigation. A Baltimore native, Ben now resides in Germantown with his wife and daughters.
